“Head in the Clouds strikes a near perfect balance between storytelling and interactive elements of play for very young audiences.”
Andrew Latimer, Festmag Full review
The Pages are blank and full of possibility. New stories are made and played out with each encounter – paper for puppets, paper for costume, paper for playthings and paper for paper’s sake. Absolutely all ages welcome.
As a wordless walkabout piece The Pages is accessible to all, and can be emphasised as for the very youngest to make sure all are included within a programme of artistic offers. Wandering from table to table, or group to group, families and individuals each get a mini co-created performance - never the same twice!
The Pages started life as a collaboration with Emily Magorrian called Walking Fingers, and has been performed at family festival events including Imaginate, Edinburgh Book Festival, Paisley Arts Centre and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.
